What's New? and Important Reminders

This page contains a brief list of new and updated information from our previous sale. Please also carefully review the entire website as not all changes and requirements are listed here.

  • All items must be placed on the sale floor by 6:45pm.
  • Books must be sold in sets. (Not Individually)
  • Sellers must return for large items and personally hand over to donation agency.
  • Please remember, each seller is limited to 200 items. A sellers' payout percentage will decrease if it is found that greater than 200 items were sold.
  • At clean up/pick up, please check designated areas for your items that may have (1) lost, or been separated from, its tag and/or (2) been removed from the racks due to being stained, soiled, torn, or seasonally inappropriate.
  • Item Preparation Reminders (1) Toys with working batteries sell better; (2) Securely close bags (use tape) so items cannot be removed and lost; (3) Multiple piece items should be securely fastened together so they cannot be separated, opened, etc.; (4) Secure tag to item so it cannot fall off or be removed (remember bottom half of tag should be free for easy removal by cashier).
  • Please remember,NO HOUSEHOLD ITEMS OR ADULT CLOTHING ACCEPTED. This is a children's outgrown sale.
  • Please remember the half price sale. If you do not wish to participate in the half price portion of the sale, please see tagging information.
  • Please remember quality of items will be inspected. Stained, soiled, or torn clothing will be removed from racks.
