Registration

Registration for previous sellers and Beaver Creek families begins February 13, 2012.
Registration for new sellers begins February 27, 2012.

To register please use the form below.

  • Registration deadline is one week prior to the sale date.
  • Select the option to indicate if you want to consign or volunteer only.
  • All consignors must work one volunteer shift or pay a $20 consignor fee.
  • Non-consignors may work one volunteer shift in order to be eligible to attend the pre-sale on Friday evening.
  • Important: Mark all volunteer shifts for which you are available (you must select a minimum of two). You will be assigned one shift only. Please refer to Volunteers for more details.
  • Consignor space is limited so register early. You will receive your seller number and confirmation via email. Priority is given to Beaver Creek Elementary families and school employees.
  • After your registration has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your seller number. Please allow five days for your confirmation.
