 Friday 

5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Drop Off: All sellers (or designated persons) must place their sale items on designated tables or racks no later than 6:45 p.m.

7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Presale: The presale is set up to give sellers, volunteers, and Beaver Creek Elementary employees a chance to shop first! All sales are cash only.

 Saturday 

8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Public Sale
All sales are cash only.

11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Half Price Sale
All sales are cash only.

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Pick Up: All sellers must return to pick up their items. If items are not claimed by 2:00 p.m., they will be turned over to the Beaver Creek PTO and be given as donations. (Large items MUST be claimed by the seller or personally turned over to the donation agency.)

Donations: Pre-approved agencies or individuals may pick up items designated for donation.
