Sellers/Consignors

All sellers should review the detailed guidelines linked above including Tips, Accepted Items, and Tagging. If you have any questions after reviewing this information, please refer to the Contact Us page. Register early as space is limited!

 Sign In/Drop Off 

  • Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Please do not bring anything inside until 5:30 p.m.
  • Don’t forget to report to the check-in table to sign in and confirm your seller number.
  • When you sign-in, please leave self addressed stamped envelope for payment.
  • Sellers are responsible for dropping off, sorting, and placing their own items in the designated areas.
  • Once you are finished with your items, please feel free to assist other consignors. This will help us start the presale promptly.
  • All items must be placed on the sale floor by 6:45 p.m.

 Pre-Sale 

  • Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Sellers, volunteers, and Beaver Creek employees can shop early for the best selection!

 Sale Day 

  • Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Half price sale from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. All items (that are not marked properly) will be sold at 50% of their tagged price. If you DO NOT want an item sold during the half price hour, please highlight the price (top and bottom portion) on the tag. If it is not highlighted, it will be sold at 50% off.

 Volunteer Shift 

  • All sellers are required to work one two-hour volunteer shift or pay a $20 fee.
  • Sellers must sign in at the Check-In Table to get credit for the shift they worked.
  • If you do not sign in you will not get credit and a $20 fee will be deducted from your proceeds.

 Clean Up 

  • All sellers must return at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday to pick up their unsold items.
  • Pre-approved organizations will be available for items you wish to donate.
  • All items must be picked up, or donated, no later than 2:00 p.m.
  • All unclaimed items will be donated. Large items MUST be claimed by the seller or personally turned over to the donation agency.
  • Unsold items are not free to be taken. Only pre-approved organizations may take unsold items designated as donations.
  • Lost tags and items missing tags will be placed in a designated area. Please check this location for any of your items.
  • Soiled, stained, torn, and seasonally inappropriate items pulled from the racks will be placed in a designated area. Please check this location for any of your items.
  • Please make sure all items have been sorted and returned to your pile before leaving. Any items left will be donated.

 Pay Out 

  • Leave a self-addressed stamped envelope at the Check-In Table no later than Saturday morning so we can mail you a check.

 Proceeds 

  • Sellers/consignors receive 70% of the selling price.
  • Beaver Creek PTO retains 30% of the selling price.

 Fees 

  • There is no consignor fee.
  • All sellers are required to work one volunteer shift or forfeit a $20 fee from your proceeds.
