Volunteers

The success of this sale is heavily dependent on volunteers. All sellers must work one volunteer shift or a $20 fee will be deducted from their proceeds. Anyone (friends, family, neighbors) can volunteer to work at the sale to qualify to shop at the pre-sale on Friday evening.

• Sellers - include all shift(s) for which you are available when you register. You will only be assigned one shift.
  
• Others - if you would like to volunteer to qualify for the Friday pre-sale, please fill out the registration form, under the registration tab, and check volunteer only. Please check the shift(s) for which you are available. You will only be assigned one shift.

 Friday 

• Shift 1: 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
  Set Up – Volunteers will assist with setting up tables and racks and will post signs.
  


• Shift 2: 6:45 p.m. -8:45 p.m.
  Presale - Volunteers will assist customers and ring up purchases.
  


• Shift 3: 8:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
  Clean Up – Volunteers will straighten items and generally clean up in preparation for the Saturday sale.

  Saturday 

• Shift 4: 7:45 a.m.-9:30 a.m.
  Public Sale – Volunteers will assist customers and ring up purchases.
  


• Shift 5: 9:15 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
  Public Sale – Volunteers will assist customers and ring up purchases.
  


• Shift 6: 10:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
  Half Price Sale - Volunteers will assist customers and ring up purchases.
  Start Sort/Clean-Up - Volunteers will begin sorting unsold items to return to sellers and begin clean up
  


• Shift 7: 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
  Finish Sort/Clean-Up - Volunteers will finish soring unsold items to return to sellers
  Break Down/Pick Up – Volunteers will assist sellers with picking up their items as well as help with breaking down racks and tables.
